I am all about the recipes that have under five ingredients so today I’m going to show you the easiest summer salad ever. I sometimes have a hard time forcing myself to eat veggies but with this salad I don’t even care because there is CHEESE in it. You will need five ingredients for this salad – let’s do this.
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes (approx 10 oz)
- 1 pack of yellow tomatoes (approx 10 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 tub of mozzarella pearls
First things first, wash those cute lil tomatoes. Once they are clean, cut each of them in half and set aside in large bowl.
Next, drain your mozzarella pearls and add them into your large bowl with your lil tomato halves.
After you’ve added in your tomatoes and mozzarella, wash and chop up your basil leaves into small pieces. Add them into the bowl.
Throw in two tablespoons of olive oil, mix it all up and you’re done! A super easy, super delicious summer salad. Tag us with #TGSEats and enjoy!
